A Guided First Responder Journal
"Being shut down when trying to talk about hurt is worse than hiding it from everyone in the first place."
As First Responders, we need to understand that what we do is different, unusual, exceptional. In fact, it is extraordinary. And because we live these extraordinary lives, we can expect to have extraordinary struggles and carry extraordinary burdens, that can result in the need for extraordinary care.
This journal can be the first step in your mental health journey. A safe place to help you figure things out. This is not a daily entry journal that will overwhelm you. This is different.
Women Driving Change
"When everyone else is falling apart, we are expected to keep it together."
Every woman has a story. The collective voices in this book range in age from 12 to 100. There are over 100 inspiring, resilient, and influential women from diverse backgrounds stepping into the spotlight to celebrate their path to success and share their wisdom. These stories feature the everyday heroes that walk beside us, including female entrepreneurs, visionaries and thought leaders who inspire us to forge ahead. Women of Inspiration are inspiring leaders driving change for all women.
